For smart searches and catagorization TR Legal can code those documents as well. Printable - We call these "Blowbacks." Just print the ones you need for hard copies or print out a whole set. You can do it from your laptop or we can print them for you for less than you can make copies! Storage/Portablity - CD's are much easier to store or move at trial. Cheaper - If you need several sets of those documents it is certainly easier and cheaper to duplicate CD's. Turn over a disk instead of boxes to the court, co-counsel or the other side.
