For smart searches and categorization TR Legal can code those documents as well. Scanned documents can also be Bates numbered / endorsed electronically. You can do it from your laptop or we can print them for you for less than you can make copies! Our document scanning is produced in Oklahoma City but we support lawyers and businesses nationwide. Storage/Portability - CD's are much easier to store or move at trial. Cheaper - If you need several sets of those documents it is certainly easier and cheaper to duplicate CD's.
